What this tool does

Answers over the ten published records of the Türkiye Obligation Register — TSRS, CSRD, CBAM/SKDM, EUDR, CSDDD, EU ETS, Climate Law No. 7552, the draft Türkiye ETS, EU packaging (PPWR) and ecodesign (ESPR) — each verified against primary sources.
Says "applies" or "does not apply on these inputs" only when the official criteria are fully decidable from what you declared; everything short of that degrades honestly to "worth checking" or "cannot be determined", with the reason.
Shows the from-when dates, the one-line reason and the citation for every verdict — each answer is one click from its register record and official texts.
Ranks published support programmes by honest relevance signals — as programmes worth checking, never as an eligibility decision.

What it cannot do

It is not legal advice, and it decides nothing beyond the inputs you declare — a band answer near a statutory edge needs the exact test run on your closed financial statements.
It cannot see your company: nothing is inferred from an account, reading history or any other source, and nothing you enter is sent or stored.
It cannot decide criteria that live outside your own data — an EU importer’s de-minimis position, a scope list still to be fixed by secondary legislation — and says so instead of guessing.
Thresholds and dates change. Verdicts restate the register as last verified; always confirm against the official source before acting.

Method and evidence

Every rule in this tool restates a published register record whose facts were verified against primary sources (Resmî Gazete, EUR-Lex, official ministry and Commission pages), with the verification date shown on every verdict. The engine is deliberately conservative: hard verdicts only where the official criteria are decidable from your declared inputs, and the safety rule is unit-tested, not asserted in prose. Your inputs never leave the browser unless you explicitly choose to send them to a specialist.
